Role Overview
The Corporate Sales Manager will drive corporate revenue and the hotel's market presence.
The role focuses on new business development, key corporate accounts, and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Drive corporate sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop new corporate business and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections.
- Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Work with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Represent the hotel at networking events and industry activities.
Requirements
- Proven hotel sales experience is required, with Sales Manager-level experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the GCC corporate market is required.
- An established corporate network is advantageous.
- A proven record of meeting sales targets is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
- Excellent business development and account management skills are required.
- Candidates should be proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven.
- Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences is required.
