Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Manager to lead business development and client acquisition activities for Domestic and International BPO services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new Domestic and International BPO clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and industry events
  • Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Establish long term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Understand client business needs and propose customized BPO solutions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Identify new business opportunities in sectors such as telecom, healthcare, banking, e commerce, logistics, and customer support
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO sales, outsourcing services, or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring international clients
  • Experience selling services such as Customer Support, Technical Support, Back Office Operations, Data Processing, Lead Generation, ITES

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience handling Domestic and International markets
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self motivated with a results oriented mindset

  • Monthly and annual revenue achievement
  • New client acquisition
  • Conversion rate of leads to customers
  • Client retention and account growth
  • Pipeline development and sales forecasting accuracy
