- Identify, target, and acquire new Domestic and International BPO clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and industry events
- Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Establish long term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Understand client business needs and propose customized BPO solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in BPO sales, outsourcing services, or business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring international clients
- Experience selling services such as Customer Support, Technical Support, Back Office Operations, Data Processing, Lead Generation, ITES
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Manager to lead business development and client acquisition activities for Domestic and International BPO services.

Required Qualifications

- 12+ years of experience in BPO sales, outsourcing services, or business development
