Product Manager

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Create product innovations that meet internal stakeholder and customer requirements.
• Define product objectives and key results and communicate the product roadmap.
• Understand customer experience to identify product gaps, generate ideas, grow market share, and improve customer experience.
• Write product feature requirements and prepare related materials.
• Work with the Tech team to deliver quickly and optimize resources.
• Implement product launches with Management, Public Relations, and product management colleagues.
• Meet customers to gather feedback on products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams in an agile environment and participate in sprints and stand-ups.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 6 years of experience in product management or leadership, or software engineering, in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to efficient, innovative solutions.
• Proven SaaS product management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Fintech experience, exposure, or interest is relevant; fintech company experience is a big advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting and expense management systems.
• Previous experience with Jira.
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Teams, or Asana.
