Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategy to win sales in the Pool + SPA sectors
- Define and implement sales targets and growth plans for sectors/verticals
- Identify, qualify, and pursue leads across private and projects
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to contract signing and handover to Operations
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations in coordination with QS/Costing team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with villa owners, developers, architects, contractors, and consultants
- Cultivate repeat business and referrals
- Serve as primary point of contact for client queries and coordination pre contract
- Collaborate with operations, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Provide Monthly Report on pipeline, project status, and revenue forecasts
- Attend minimum 1 day per week at UAQ Factory/HQ for weekly planning and coordination
Requirements
- Experience in sales within the Pool + SPA sectors or related industries
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Experience in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Ability to collaborate with operations, design, and installation teams
- Existing contacts in the Abu Dhabi market for Pool + SPA sectors

Role Overview
- The BDM will drive business growth in Abu Dhabi by identifying, pursuing, and securing sales in the Pool + SPA sectors, covering private clients (villas) and projects (real estate developments, hotels, and resorts).
- The role requires a mix of planning, client relationship management, and sales expertise to maximize revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities
