Responsibilities
- Design residential, commercial, and hospitality swimming pools, spas, water features, and wellness facilities
- Prepare concept designs, detailed engineering drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation
- Develop hydraulic calculations, piping layouts, filtration systems, circulation systems, and equipment sizing
- Select and specify pumps, filters, heat exchangers, sanitization systems, lighting, and associated pool equipment
- Coordinate designs with architects, MEP engineers, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders
- Support procurement team by reviewing technical submittals and material approvals
- Conduct site visits to verify installation, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design intent
Requirements
- Experience in designing swimming pools, spas, and water features
- Proficiency in preparing concept designs, detailed engineering drawings, and shop drawings
- Knowledge of hydraulic calculations, piping layouts, filtration systems, and equipment sizing
- Ability to coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders
- Experience with technical specifications, BOQs, and material schedules

Job Overview

- The role involves close coordination with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and project teams from concept through construction.
Responsibilities
- Design residential, commercial, and hospitality swimming pools, spas, water features, and wellness facilities.
- Prepare concept designs, detailed engineering drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Develop hydraulic calculations, piping layouts, filtration systems, circulation systems, and equipment sizing.
- Select and specify pumps, filters, heat exchangers, sanitization systems, lighting, and associated pool equipment.
- Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, and material schedules.
- Coordinate designs with architects, MEP engineers, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compatibility with pool systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical information and equipment specifications.
- Support the procurement team by reviewing technical submittals and material approvals.
- Assist the project execution team by responding to technical queries and providing engineering support during construction.
- Conduct site visits when required to verify installation, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design intent.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
