Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across GCC markets to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotel operators, consultants, and procurement firms
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Lead presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure major contracts
- Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project opportunities
- Represent the company at major industry exhibitions and networking events
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within hospitality interiors, FF&E, or fit out industry
- Strong network within the hotel, hospitality, and design sector in the GCC region
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop strategy and close high value deals
- Strong commercial acumen and project coordination experience
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Valid UAE driving license required

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth within the hotel and resort hospitality interiors, FF&E, and joinery sector.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue through strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across GCC markets to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotel operators, consultants, and procurement firms.

- Strong network within the hotel, hospitality, and design sector in the GCC region.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
