- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, including C level executives and senior stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing
- Understand client challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and market insights
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the banking sector
