Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Sales Logistics Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Sales Logistics Manager will oversee daily operations related to supply chain and logistics management while fostering client relationships through excellent sales and customer service efforts.
- Key responsibilities include managing shipping schedules, ensuring timely deliveries, coordinating with clients and partners, and implementing strategies to optimize logistics processes.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams to meet sales goals and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for building client relationships and addressing customer needs
- Minimum 3 years experience in Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management, including optimization of processes and operations
- Proficiency in coordinating with global teams, handling diverse stakeholders, and managing tight deadlines
- Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency with logistics software and tools
- Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a strong advantage
