- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies
Requirements
- Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in logistics or related industries
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping operations, and trade routes, particularly across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, organize priorities, and maintain accurate records using CRM and standard office tools
- Customer focused mindset, with problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in logistics sales, freight forwarding, or shipping is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage
- Willingness to work on site in Dubai and travel locally or regionally for client meetings when required
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics sales, including freight forwarding, customer acquisition, and account management
