Role Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain sales records and reports.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Knowledge of international trade and shipping modes beneficial.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Willing to work on site in Dubai and travel.
