- Support continuous process improvement, assist with rate inquiries and quotations, and help resolve operational issues
Requirements
- Strong logistics and operations capabilities, including Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Basic to intermediate Sales skills
- Min 2 3 years experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or related logistics roles
- Proficiency with logistics software, shipment tracking tools, and standard office applications
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Logistics Operations Executive based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Logistics Operations Executive will coordinate daily freight forwarding activities across air, sea, and land, including booking shipments, preparing documentation, and monitoring cargo movements from origin to destination.
- Responsibilities include liaising with carriers, customs brokers, warehouse teams, and transport providers to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- The role will handle shipment tracking, update internal systems, and provide customers with accurate, proactive status updates.
- The Logistics Operations Executive will also support continuous process improvement, assist with rate inquiries and quotations, and help resolve operational issues in a professional and customer focused manner.
Qualifications
- Strong logistics and operations capabilities, including Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills for coordinating end to end shipments and optimizing processes.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client expectations, provide clear updates, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic to intermediate Sales skills to support quoting, upselling value added services, and maintaining positive long term customer relationships.
- Min 2 3 years experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or related logistics roles; familiarity with air, sea, and land freight, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency with logistics software, shipment tracking tools, and standard office applications; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment; problem solving mindset and readiness to handle time sensitive issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; fluency in English is required, and additional languages are an advantage.
