- Manage sales transactions, invoicing, and inventory records
- Monitor stock movements and perform regular inventory reconciliation
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within ERP systems
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams
- Generate inventory, sales, and financial reports for management review
- Track stock levels and support demand planning activities
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Inventory Control, Logistics, or ERP Operations
- Hands on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, invoicing, and stock reconciliation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Must have a valid QID (Qatar ID)

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Requirements
- Must have a valid QID (Qatar ID).
- Currently based in Qatar preferred.
