- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and courier services
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service while handling inquiries efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Bilingual in Swedish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Well groomed, organized, and professional in appearance
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Must have a valid QID (Qatar ID)
- Immediate joiners preferred
