Key Responsibilities

  • **Customer Engagement:** Greet clients, understand preferences, offer personalized recommendations, explain features (craftsmanship, materials, pricing).
  • **Sales Achievement:** Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, drive sales through promotions, and encourage repeat business.
  • **Product Expertise:** Maintain in-depth knowledge of current jewelry trends, products, and promotions.
  • **Visual Merchandising:** Ensure showroom displays are attractive, organized, and clean, and merchandise is presented beautifully.
  • **Transaction Management:** Process sales accurately using POS systems, handle payments, and manage customer returns/complaints professionally.
  • **Inventory & Stock:** Conduct stock checks, manage replenishment, and report discrepancies to ensure product availability.
  • **Client Relations:** Build strong, lasting relationships with customers for loyalty and repeat sales.
  • **Reporting:** Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales (luxury fashion or jewelry preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
