Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement:** Greet clients, understand preferences, offer personalized recommendations, explain features (craftsmanship, materials, pricing).
- **Sales Achievement:** Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, drive sales through promotions, and encourage repeat business.
- **Product Expertise:** Maintain in-depth knowledge of current jewelry trends, products, and promotions.
- **Visual Merchandising:** Ensure showroom displays are attractive, organized, and clean, and merchandise is presented beautifully.
- **Transaction Management:** Process sales accurately using POS systems, handle payments, and manage customer returns/complaints professionally.
- **Inventory & Stock:** Conduct stock checks, manage replenishment, and report discrepancies to ensure product availability.
- **Client Relations:** Build strong, lasting relationships with customers for loyalty and repeat sales.
- **Reporting:** Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales (luxury fashion or jewelry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Good knowledge of jewelry, fashion trends, and materials
- Professional appearance and presentation
