- Possess in depth knowledge of watch brands, models, movements, materials, and brand history.
- Provide personalized and exceptional customer service, building rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintain attractive and organized displays, ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with inventory management including receiving shipments, stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Build and maintain client base, keep client files updated, and engage in outreach for loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new releases, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's in any subject
- Minimum 3+ years experience in the relevant field
- Locally available in Qatar
- NOC must be available
- Preferably Arabic speaking
