Responsibilities
- Sell HVAC solutions to contractors and clients, driving growth for install division
- Develop sales strategy to gain customer understanding of product offerings
- Qualify and prioritize opportunities, maintain territory records
- Prepare proposals, make presentations, and perform follow ups for closing sales
- Interface with operations to deliver and improve service delivery
- Liaise with finance teams to bring down AR & DSO numbers
- Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact
- Report progress and update sales tools for opportunity creation and forecast projection
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or similar field
- Minimum 6 7 years of sales experience focused on selling installation solutions for HVAC business within UAE region
- Proven track record of achieving sales within the UAE market
- Demonstrable network of customer, consultant and client relationships in UAE Market (Preferably Dubai)
- Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers, contractors & end clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English along with presentation skills
- Valid UAE Driving License

What you will do
- Position reports to Senior Sales Manager HVAC, Install business
- Based in Dubai, part of team generating business through selling HVAC solutions
- Emphasis on bringing in sales and installation solutions among new construction projects in Dubai
How You Will Do It
- Develop sales strategy to gain customer understanding of product offerings
- Qualify and prioritize opportunities, maintain appropriate territory records
- Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations
- Perform necessary follow ups for successful closing of the sale
- Interface effectively with operations to deliver and improve service delivery
- Liaise with finance teams to bring down AR & DSO numbers
- Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact
- Report progress and update sales tools for opportunity creation and projection of forecasts with accuracy above 95%
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or similar field
- Minimum 6 7 years of sales experience focused on selling installation solutions for HVAC business within UAE region
- Proven track record of achieving sales within the UAE market
- Demonstrable network of customer, consultant and client relationships in UAE Market (Preferably Dubai)
- Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers, contractors & end clients
- Organization skills and ability for multi tasking in a fast paced work environment
- Determined, results and self driven, maturity and high team spirit
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English along with presentation skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
