- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Conduct regular market visits to identify customer requirements and provide suitable paint solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate order processing with internal teams
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support business development initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in paint or construction industry
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to generate new business through direct sales, site visits, and cold calling
- Knowledge of Sharjah and East Emirates market
