- Manage stock: replenishment, tagging, and inventory checks.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints effectively.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and trends.
Requirements
- Must speak fluent English and Hindi.
- Experience in retail sales and customer service.
