About the Role
Eiger Marvel Human Resources Consultancies is seeking a target-driven Sales Executive to drive B2B recruitment and HR consulting services growth in the UAE. You will identify new corporate clients, build relationships, and offer tailored recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and face to face meetings across the UAE.
- Pitch HR and recruitment services to corporate clients, understand their staffing requirements, and onboard them as active business partners.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long term professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Schedule corporate meetings, draft and present business proposals, and negotiate commercial terms/service fees to close deals.
- Monitor UAE market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Coordinate closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure client job orders are fulfilled with high quality candidates.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the UAE market
- Prior experience in HR Consultancies, Recruitment agencies, or Corporate Services highly preferred
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Urdu/Hindi is an added advantage
- Solid understanding of the UAE corporate sector and local hiring trends
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce)
- Target oriented, self motivated, resilient

Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the UAE market. (Prior experience in HR Consultancies, Recruitment agencies, or Corporate Services is highly preferred).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional command of written and spoken English with strong negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in Urdu/Hindi is an added advantage.
- Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the UAE corporate sector, business setup landscapes, and local hiring trends.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
