Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and face to face meetings across the UAE.
  • Client Acquisition: Pitch HR and recruitment services to corporate clients, understand their staffing requirements, and onboard them as active business partners.
  • Account Management: Maintain and nurture strong, long term professional relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Proposals & Negotiation: Schedule corporate meetings, draft and present business proposals, and negotiate commercial terms/service fees to successfully close deals.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor UAE market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure client job orders are fulfilled with high quality candidates efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the UAE market. (Prior experience in HR Consultancies, Recruitment agencies, or Corporate Services is highly preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional command of written and spoken English with strong negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in Urdu/Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the UAE corporate sector, business setup landscapes, and local hiring trends.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
  • Attributes: Target oriented, self motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast paced environment.
