Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research
- Identify and approach decision makers such as CEOs, Directors, IT Managers, Operations Managers, and Business Owners
- Present Prime Alley’s cloud based calling, contact center, business workspace, CRM, and AI powered communication solutions
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain regular follow ups with prospects and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Update CRM with leads, opportunities, meeting notes, and customer interactions
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal technical and product teams for client requirements and solution support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecom, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation
- UAE sales experience will be preferred
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus
- Good presentation, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Ability to conduct professional cold calls and face to face client meetings
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
- Experience in Telecom, SaaS, Cloud Solutions, IT Services, or B2B sales will be an advantage

Role Overview
- Our client Primealley is looking for a confident and result driven Sales Executive for our Dubai office.
- The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential clients, presenting our products and services, and closing business opportunities in the UAE market.
