Role Overview

  • Our client Primealley is looking for a confident and result driven Sales Executive for our Dubai office.
  • The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential clients, presenting our products and services, and closing business opportunities in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.
  • Identify and approach decision makers such as CEOs, Directors, IT Managers, Operations Managers, and Business Owners.
  • Present Prime Alley’s cloud based calling, contact center, business workspace, CRM, and AI powered communication solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain regular follow ups with prospects and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Update CRM with leads, opportunities, meeting notes, and customer interactions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and product teams for client requirements and solution support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecom, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation.
  • UAE sales experience will be preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Fluency in Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Ability to conduct professional cold calls and face to face client meetings.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Experience in Telecom, SaaS, Cloud Solutions, IT Services, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
