Responsibilities
- Generate new client leads through proactive outbound sales activities, strategic networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels
- Effectively promote and sell the company's comprehensive range of trading products including Forex, CFDs, Commodities, Indices, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies
- Conduct in depth consultations and compelling presentations to prospective clients, detailing trading platforms, account types, and investment opportunities
- Nurture and maintain consistent communication with existing clients to foster engagement, ensure satisfaction, and enhance long term retention
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly targets for funded accounts, trading volume, and overall revenue generation
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently by promptly following up on leads and utilizing CRM systems for detailed tracking and management
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
- Collaborate closely with the dealing, marketing, and customer support teams to optimize the client experience and drive synergistic growth
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, provide valuable market feedback, and deliver regular business development updates to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of direct sales experience within the Forex, CFDs, Financial Services, Banking, or Investment sectors
- Demonstrated understanding of financial markets and online trading products
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales and revenue targets in a competitive environment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a target driven, fast paced work environment
