Job Overview

  • Join our dynamic team in Sharjah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates as a Permanent F&B Support Expert.
  • This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage extensive experience in the food and beverage industry to contribute to operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize daily food and beverage operations.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and implement effective inventory management strategies.
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing, sales tracking, and financial reconciliation.
  • Develop and refine menus through data analysis and cost control measures.
  • Enforce stringent food safety protocols and maintain HACCP compliance.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar Food & Beverage support or operational role.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Point of Sale (POS) systems and POS software.
  • Proficiency in inventory management techniques and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of menu engineering principles and their impact on profitability.
  • In depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Proven ability in cost control and budget management within an F&B context.
  • Experience in managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision making.
  • Adept at using MS Excel for reporting and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is highly preferred.
  • Additional certifications or training in F&B management or hospitality.
  • Experience with advanced data analysis tools and techniques.
