- Oversee and optimize daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service excellence
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and implement effective inventory management strategies
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing, sales tracking, and financial reconciliation
- Develop and refine menus through data analysis and cost control measures
- Enforce stringent food safety protocols and maintain HACCP compliance across all F&B outlets
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms
- Troubleshoot operational issues promptly and effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar Food & Beverage support or operational role
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Demonstrated expertise in Point of Sale (POS) systems and POS software
- Proficiency in inventory management techniques
- Strong understanding of menu engineering principles
- In depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Proven ability in cost control and budget management within an F&B context
- Experience in managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in troubleshooting operational challenges
- Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision making
- Adept at using MS Excel for reporting and analysis
