Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage industry
- Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management or Bachelor of Business Administration
- Certified Food Safety Manager and HACCP Certification
- Proficiency in food safety, beverage knowledge, inventory management, cost control, menu planning, POS systems, staff training, customer service, team leadership, problem solving, communication, time management, scheduling, upselling techniques, and quality control
- Fluency in English is strongly preferred

Overview
- Our client seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our esteemed team in Dubai on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction through proactive monitoring and intervention.
- Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to foster a collaborative team environment focused on meeting and exceeding guest needs and adhering to service standards.
- Implement and enforce strict food safety and hygiene protocols, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with HACCP principles and Certified Food Safety Manager guidelines.
- Manage inventory effectively, including conducting scheduled stock takes, requisitioning supplies, and ensuring proper storage and utilization of products (e.g., FIFO).
- Control F&B costs through diligent monitoring of expenditures, waste reduction initiatives, and by actively promoting upselling techniques to enhance revenue.
- Conduct thorough inspections of dining areas to ensure optimal seating availability, impeccable service quality, and the safety and well being of all guests.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including preparing service areas, ensuring equipment is clean and functional, and securing premises.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management or Bachelor of Business Administration.
- Certifications: Certified Food Safety Manager and HACCP Certification.
- Skills: Proficiency in food safety, beverage knowledge, inventory management, cost control, menu planning, POS systems, staff training, customer service, team leadership, problem solving, communication, time management, scheduling, upselling techniques, and quality control.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in English is strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications in specialized areas of F&B or hospitality management.
- Proven experience in a high volume or luxury dining establishment.
