- Call and follow up with inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct effective needs analysis to understand goals, challenges, lifestyle, and motivation
- Qualify leads based on PTD Fitness criteria
- Book fitness assessments and sessions for trainers
- Deliver a high quality call experience using empathy, proper tone, and active listening
- Confidently convert calls into booked assessments without being pushy
- Accurately manage and update client data and CRM records
- Coordinate schedules between clients and trainers
- Handle objections with professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Represent PTD Fitness values and premium brand standards on every call
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong phone presence with a warm, confident, and professional tone
- Proven experience in sales, lead qualification, or call based roles
- Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service based industries (preferred)
- High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
- Comfortable working with targets and conversion metrics
- Ability to build trust quickly and guide conversations naturally
- Experience with CRM systems or lead management tools is a plus

Job Overview
- PTD Fitness Dubai is a premium personal training company focused on results, relationships, and long term client success.
- We work with high quality inbound leads and are looking for a confident, empathetic, and detail oriented Client Experience & Lead Conversion Specialist to manage our data, speak with potential clients, qualify them properly, and book assessment sessions with our trainers.
- This role is not cold calling. You will be speaking to people who have already shown interest in PTD Fitness.
