Responsibilities
- Engage and nurture all leads in Go High Level & HubSpot CRM to move them through the pipeline
- Make 150+ calls daily to connect with potential clients and book 200+ assessments per month
- Use WhatsApp & email follow ups to maintain client engagement and excitement
- Track, follow up, and support client assessments
- Work closely with trainers to ensure seamless communication between booked leads and assessments
- Handle objections and provide solutions to help potential clients commit
- Assist in closing sales when required
- Analyze & optimize lead pipeline performance to increase booking and conversion rates
- Ensure 100% CRM accuracy by tracking and managing every client interaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years in sales or lead generation (phone based sales experience preferred)
- Proven experience in a performance based role (meeting KPIs and targets)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong objection handling skills
- Experience with CRM platforms like Go High Level or HubSpot

- We are looking for a results driven, high energy Sales Coordinator to be the driving force behind our lead nurturing, booking, and follow up process.
What You’ll Do
- Engage & nurture all leads in Go High Level & HubSpot CRM to move them through the pipeline.
- Make 150+ calls daily to connect with potential clients and book 200+ assessments per month.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 2 years in sales or lead generation (phone based sales experience preferred).
- Proven experience in a performance based role (meeting KPIs and targets).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong objection handling skills.
- Experience in the fitness industry or high ticket sales is a plus but not required.
