Requirements
- 2+ years personal training experience with proven client results
- Comfortable with sales as service; clear, positive closer
- Punctual, organized, fast communicator (WhatsApp + reporting)
- Comfortable across Abu Dhabi; UAE driving licence preferred
- Available early mornings/evenings/weekends as clients require
- Smartphone for PTD app; professional appearance; fluent English

The Role

- Track A — Pro: 25k AED in house education scholarship commitment, volume bonuses from day 1, priority assessments, 24 month commitment + client non solicitation
- Track B — Flex: no scholarship, fewer early perks, no volume bonus first 6 months, switch to Track A anytime
30 • 60 • 90 Plan
- Day 30: onboarding complete, converting 30+ assessments, daily notes active
- Day 60: 100+ sessions/month, weekly senior review rhythm solid
- Day 90: 130+ sessions/month, strong retention, max bonus eligibility
Growth Path
- After ~2 years meeting leadership criteria: Team Captain (mentor coaches + additional incentives)
