Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients across various industries
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Track sales activities from lead generation to conversion and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Build and maintain long term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
- Act as main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable corporate solutions
- Generate leads through networking events, referrals, online platforms, and social media
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management

Business Development & Sales Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals within approved pricing structures
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client requirements
- Track sales activities from lead generation to conversion and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Conduct regular follow ups and meetings to understand evolving business needs
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling additional services
Client Needs Assessment & Consultation
- Understand client business objectives and requirements through detailed consultations
- Recommend suitable corporate solutions including company formation, trademark registration, HR consulting, and related services
- Design customized service packages aligned with client goals and structures
Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Generate leads through networking events, referrals, online platforms, and social media
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across target industries
CRM & Sales Operations
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and Statements of Account (SOA)
- Ensure proper documentation, including KYC compliance, is completed and maintained
Team Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and administration teams
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Share client feedback and market insights to improve business strategy
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Continuously improve strategies to enhance performance and revenue generation
Compensation
- Pay: AED3,500.00 AED4,000.00 per month
