Sales Executive position focused on customer service and apparel sales.
The role serves customers purchasing abayas, kaftans, and other fashion products.
Responsibilities
- Check finished-order quality and ensure orders match customer requests.
- Coordinate correct customer orders with master cutters for production.
- Take customer measurements and handle home service and exhibitions professionally.
- Welcome customers and recommend suitable abayas, kaftans, and other products.
- Build relationships with new and repeat customers and answer product queries.
- Provide styling advice, process sales transactions, and assist with visual merchandising.
- Keep the store organized and report sales leads, enquiries, accounts, proposals, and schedules to the reporting manager.
- Achieve the monthly sales targets set for the role.
Skills and Product Knowledge
- Arabic-speaking capability is identified in the job title.
