The position is Sales Executive - Arabic Speaking for Bellucci Couture Garments LLC.
The role focuses on customer service, couture garment sales, order coordination, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Double-check finished orders for quality and alignment with customer requests.
- Coordinate correct customer orders with master cutters for production.
- Take accurate customer measurements.
- Handle home service and exhibitions professionally.
- Welcome customers and assist with selecting abayas, kaftans, and other products.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
- Demonstrate merchandise and recommend options suitable for customer needs.
- Clarify customer queries about products and merchandise.
- Provide fashion expertise and styling advice when required.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently when required.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store display arrangements.
- Update the reporting manager on sales leads, sales, enquiries, customer accounts, proposals, and schedules, and attain monthly targets.
Requirements
- Arabic-speaking capability is required for the role.
- Ability to advise customers on abayas, kaftans, and related fashion products.
- Ability to take accurate customer measurements.
- Ability to provide professional customer service during home service and exhibitions.
Work Setting
- The role includes customer-facing store work, home service, and exhibitions.
