Overview of the role

  • As part of Al Futtaim Automotive, you will be at the forefront of this transformation in the UAE, inspiring customers and turning digital leads into loyal buyers.
  • We are looking for a customer focused and results driven Sales Executive to join our Electric Mobility team.
  • This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional showroom experience, guiding customers through their purchasing journey, and achieving individual sales targets while maintaining full compliance with Al Futtaim Automotive and BYD sales processes.

What you will do

  • Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom in a professional manner.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments, product demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that positively impacts NPS and Mystery Shopping results.
  • Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Promote finance, insurance, and value added products aligned with customer needs.
  • Accurately maintain leads, opportunities, customer records, and test drive activities in C4C.
  • Follow all company sales processes, governance requirements, and internal controls.
  • Ensure accurate sales documentation, deposits, and vehicle order processing.
  • Maintain showroom standards, demo vehicle readiness, and professional conduct at all times.
  • Complete all mandatory sales, compliance, and system training requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey.

  • Ability to influence customer decisions through value based selling.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • CRM and lead management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced retail environment.

  • Strong problem solving and customer service mindset.
  • Self motivated with a target driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail, automotive, technology, electronics, or premium customer facing industries.
  • Automotive sales experience is advantageous.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong customer engagement and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new sales approaches and technologies.
  • Results oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
