Overview Of The Role

  • We are looking for a passionate and customer focused Sales Executive to join our Automotive Retail Sales team.
  • You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing journey while achieving individual and team sales objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Engage with prospective customers and guide them through the complete vehicle sales journey.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective prospecting, lead management, and customer conversion.
  • Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives that highlight product features and benefits.
  • Prepare quotations, finance proposals, and sales documentation in line with company standards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer interactions and sales activities within internal systems.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, insurance, and after sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills To Be Successful

  • Strong knowledge of automotive products and the vehicle sales process.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Good understanding of sales planning, prospecting, and pipeline management.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Minimum 1 3 years of experience in automotive retail sales or a similar customer facing sales environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Self motivated, resilient, and results oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and target driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
