- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for interior fit out projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, designers, and developers
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with estimation and operations teams
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project pipelines
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience in the interior fit out industry (Marble preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of bringing new business and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit out projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid UAE driving license
