Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss (Arabic Speaker) to manage daily operations of a labor accommodation/camp.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day camp operations and employee accommodation.
- Communicate effectively with Arabic speaking workers and resolve daily concerns.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards inside the camp.
- Allocate rooms and maintain accurate records of employee occupancy.
- Handle worker complaints and coordinate solutions with management.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support staff.
- Monitor facilities such as water, electricity, air conditioning, and general repairs.
- Coordinate with HR, transport, and site teams regarding employee movements.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to camp activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality requirements.
