About the Role

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments on site and in the workplace
- Identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and suggest preventive measures
- Conduct safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks for employees and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations and standards
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation accurately
- Promote a safety conscious culture across all departments and teams
- Coordinate with management for emergency preparedness, drills, and first aid arrangements
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure proper safety practices are followed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction, manufacturing, or marble/interior works
- Knowledge of local labor laws, OSHA, and other relevant safety regulations
- Certified safety professional or relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred
- Strong communication, reporting, and analytical skills
