- Report daily progress, issues, and site requirements to the Project Manager or Site Engineer
- Assist in planning resources, materials, and labor allocation
- Train, mentor, and guide junior workers and new team members
- Coordinate with other departments, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed

- Proven experience as a Foreman in marble field is mandatory
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures
