- Perform incoming, in process, and final inspections of products and materials
- Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, standards, and customer requirements
- Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using measuring instruments and testing equipment
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation
- Identify, document, and report non conforming products and processes
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities
- Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to quality procedures
- Assist in quality audits and customer inspections when required
- Ensure calibration status of inspection and measuring equipment is valid
- Follow company safety, quality, and environmental policies
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a QC Inspector in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, oil & gas, or related industries
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and testing equipment
- Knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection methods, and documentation requirements
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications

Job Summary
