Acting as a single point of contact for hardware and software, Agrius IT delivers streamlined support, lifecycle extension, and recycling solutions to meet evolving infrastructure needs.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities for TPM and data center services, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and conduct client meetings and product presentations.
The role includes preparing and delivering proposals, coordinating with technical teams to design tailored solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
The Sales Executive will maintain strong relationships with existing customers, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
The position also involves attending industry events, representing Agrius IT in the local market, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience throughout the engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and pipeline development within IT services or related technology sectors.
- Strong abilities in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals, with experience managing the full sales cycle.
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure, TPM services, hardware lifecycle management, and multi-vendor environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including CRM usage, reporting, and forecasting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, operations, and support teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in the Abu Dhabi or broader GCC market and fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
