Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for Agrius IT’s TPM and related services
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and map target accounts to support strategic growth initiatives
- Engage prospective and existing customers, present service offerings, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal technical and service delivery teams
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, support contract negotiations, and contribute to sales forecasts and performance reporting
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting market and customer data
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective presentation abilities
- Lead generation skills with experience in prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and building a sustainable sales pipeline
- Market research capabilities, including competitor analysis and identification of target segments in IT infrastructure and TPM market
- Customer service skills with a focus on relationship building, responsiveness, and long term account management
- Relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within IT services, data center solutions, or infrastructure maintenance
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and manage multiple opportunities in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and standard office software; strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English; additional language skills and familiarity with the GCC market are advantageous

Role Description
