Role Description

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for Agrius IT’s TPM and related services.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and map target accounts to support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Engage prospective and existing customers, present service offerings, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal technical and service delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, support contract negotiations, and contribute to sales forecasts and performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting market and customer data.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective presentation abilities.
  • Lead generation skills with experience in prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and building a sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Market research capabilities, including competitor analysis and identification of target segments.
  • Customer service skills with a focus on relationship building, responsiveness, and long term account management.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within IT services, data center solutions, or infrastructure maintenance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and manage multiple opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and standard office software; strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills and familiarity with the GCC market are advantageous.
