About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers in the data center and IT infrastructure space
- Develop and maintain long term client relationships
- Understand customer needs and promote Agrius IT’s TPM, MVS, and lifecycle services to drive revenue growth
- Prospect and generate leads
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Monitor account performance, follow up on renewals and expansions, and address customer concerns
- Maintain accurate CRM records, report on sales activities and forecasts
- Contribute feedback to improve offerings and go to market strategies
Requirements
- Strong account management skills, with experience in maintaining and growing customer relationships in B2B or IT services environments
- Demonstrated customer satisfaction and customer service abilities
- Proven lead generation and business development skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Background in IT infrastructure, data centers, or TPM services is highly beneficial
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
