- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Background in IT infrastructure, data centers, or TPM services is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field

Role Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers in the data center and IT infrastructure space
- Develop and maintain long term client relationships
- Understand customer needs and promote Agrius IT’s TPM, MVS, and lifecycle services
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiating contracts and pricing
- Coordinating with internal technical and operations teams
- Monitor account performance, follow up on renewals and expansions
- Address customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Report on sales activities and forecasts
- Contribute feedback to improve offerings and go to market strategies
Qualifications
- Strong account management skills in B2B or IT services environments
- Demonstrated customer satisfaction and customer service abilities
- Proven lead generation and business development skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Background in IT infrastructure, data centers, or TPM services is highly beneficial
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
