Role Overview
The Sales Executive will develop new business and expand the customer base in the plastic manufacturing and packaging sector.
The role targets manufacturers and industrial clients using blow molding and injection molding technologies.
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plastic manufacturing and packaging market.
- Prospect, generate, and qualify leads through market research, referrals, networking, cold calling, and field visits.
- Conduct regular field visits and deliver product presentations.
- Understand customer packaging requirements and prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements
- At least three years of B2B sales experience in the plastic manufacturing, plastic packaging, or a related industrial sector.
- Experience with blow molding or injection molding products is preferred.
- Experience dealing with manufacturers of automotive oils, detergents, dairy, or food products is preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer acquisition skills.
Target Markets
- Target customers include manufacturers and industrial clients in automotive oils and lubricants, detergents, personal care products, dairy, food manufacturing, and food packaging.
Work Pattern
- Regular field visits are a central part of the role.
