Role Overview
- We are looking for a Sales Engineering Manager UAE to join our team.
- This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Sales Engineering Director.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end to end pre sales motion and ensure high quality customer engagements.
- Build a high performing SE team through coaching and 1:1s.
- Partner with customers to deliver network, security, and application access transformation.

Minimum Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
- 8+ years enterprise pre sales / solutions engineering experience.
- 2+ years leading and developing Sales Engineers.
- Proven ability to run regional pre sales motion.
- Strong executive customer leadership and deep security/networking foundation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience enabling pre sales teams to position AI powered threat detection.
- Proven experience leading enterprise security/cloud pre sales teams in high growth SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to scale and develop an SE organization.
