Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Kuwait territory focused on net new logo and up sell opportunities within commercial accounts
- Demonstrate expertise in building business cases that show value and differentiation at all levels of customer and prospect organizations
- Partner effectively with Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Value Consulting, and Transformation teams throughout sales cycles
- Drive consistent pipeline generation using modern techniques, joint field marketing initiatives, and top tier channel partners
- Execute a disciplined sales process from beginning to end while maintaining high accountability for territory growth
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience selling to customers with a revenue quota, specifically selling to commercial accounts in Kuwait
- Fluent Arabic speaking
- History of consistent over achievement in net new logo accomplishments
- Demonstrated willingness to be coached and discipline to follow a proven sales process
- Proven ability to lead 'team sales' by effectively utilizing internal resources, partners, and team members
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies
- Experience leveraging AI powered sales intelligence tools
- Previous experience selling security, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Role Expectations

- Execute a disciplined sales process from beginning to end while maintaining a high level of accountability for your territory's growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI driven solutions.
- Fluent Arabic speaking.
- At least 5 years of sales experience selling to customers with a revenue quota, specifically selling to commercial accounts in Kuwait.
- History of a consistent track record of over achievement in net new logo accomplishments and strong understanding of how to leverage channel partnerships.
- Demonstrated willingness to be coached and the discipline to follow a proven sales process from start to finish.
- Proven ability to lead 'team sales' by effectively utilizing internal resources, partners, and team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leveraging AI powered sales intelligence tools, conversational AI, or predictive pipeline analytics.
- Previous experience selling security, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study.
