A provider of packaging machinery and automation solutions is seeking a Sales Engineer to support business development and provide technical sales expertise across the GCC region. The role requires 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging or industrial equipment, and strong communication skills.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Conduct technical presentations, equipment demonstrations, and customer meetings
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions

- Build and maintain long term customer relationships
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or sales engineering
- Experience within packaging, industrial equipment, machinery, automation, manufacturing, or related sectors is preferred
- Technical or engineering background is advantageous
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Commercially driven with a customer focused approach
- Valid UAE driving licence or ability to obtain one
- Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage
