About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and relationship building.
  • Advise buyers, sellers, landlords and investors on residential and commercial property opportunities.
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
  • Manage negotiations and support clients throughout the sales or leasing process.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and accurately update CRM records.
  • Stay informed of market trends, pricing movements and new project launches across Dubai.
  • Develop a strong professional presence both online and offline.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales, property leasing, luxury sales, financial services, banking, insurance, hospitality sales or other consultative sales environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Self motivated and target driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Professional appearance and client focused approach.
  • UAE driving licence preferred.
  • RERA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
