Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit out projects
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and provide technical sales support
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and BOQs in coordination with estimation team
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to secure new projects
- Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalization
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in Interior Fit Out sales or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of fit out projects, MEP coordination, and tendering process
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- UAE Driving License preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Strong networking skills within UAE construction and interiors market
