- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for air operated diaphragm pumps and piston pumps
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth
- Identify and secure new customer accounts across targeted industries
- Act as primary point of contact for key customers within the assigned territory
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and solution discussions
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms while maintaining target profit margins
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and customer records
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience specifically within air operated diaphragm pumps and piston pumps
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
- Experience working with customers in Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, EPC, or Industrial Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of technical and commercial proposal preparation
- Valid UAE driving license

Overview of the Role
- FAMCO is seeking a motivated and technically competent Sales Consultant to drive the growth of our Ingersoll Rand ARO pumps business across the United Arab Emirates.
- This role focuses on the sales of air operated diaphragm pumps and piston pumps, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and expanding market share within strategic industries including Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, and Industrial Manufacturing.
What You Will Do
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for air operated diaphragm pumps and piston pumps.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Identify and secure new customer accounts across targeted industries.
- Promote product solutions and value propositions to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with customers at operational, technical, and management levels.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support.
- Generate repeat business opportunities and long term partnerships.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and solution discussions.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms while maintaining target profit margins.
- Follow up on quotations and opportunities to maximize conversion rates.

What Equips You for the Role
