Responsibilities
- Supervise and track all incoming inquiries and tenders efficiently
- Provide optimal responses to customers
- Prepare supportive documents, samples, and submittals and deliver them to customers
- Collaborate with the department’s coordinator/Demand Planning to prepare required materials and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities and report findings to sales management
- Coordinate technical meetings and seminars and provide technical support to increase market presence
- Generate effective and timely reports for management
- Manage customers in a professional manner
- Identify and track all related projects and conduct close follow ups to maximize project realization
- Follow up on customer satisfaction levels and collect payments promptly
- Update and maintain the database for all projects through C4C
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 4 to 6 years of work experience
- Sales forecasting and sales trend analysis skills
- Sales technical support and sales tools proficiency

Job Purpose

Key Accountability Areas
- Supervise and track all incoming inquiries and tenders efficiently.

Academic Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
