Company Description

  • Solidrange is a cybersecurity company based in Riyadh, specializing in developing modern platforms to address cybersecurity and enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) challenges.

Role Purpose

  • The role is responsible for supporting revenue generation by managing sales documentation, bid submissions, proposal development, and client facing sales materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end bid and proposal documentation processes.
  • Prepare RFP/RFQ responses, technical proposals, financial proposal documents, capability statements, compliance matrices, and scope of work documents.
  • Track bid timelines, submission deadlines, approvals, action items, and checkpoints.
  • Ensure all submissions align with client requirements and formatting standards.
  • Create and maintain company profiles, product documents, executive summaries, presentations, pitch decks, client response materials, and vendor registration documents.
  • Improve the quality, consistency, and professionalism of all outbound sales materials.
  • Convert technical information into clear business language.
  • Support Etimad and enterprise tender submissions.
  • Review tender requirements and identify gaps or missing information.
  • Organize legal, technical, financial, and compliance documentation required for submission.
  • Build and maintain a centralized repository for proposal templates, case studies, company profiles, standard responses, and reusable bid content.
  • Use AI tools and agentic AI workflows to accelerate proposal writing, RFP analysis, compliance matrices, research, formatting, proofreading, and quality control.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, tender coordination, or sales documentation.
  • Experience in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise solutions is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong business writing skills in both languages.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, ownership, and follow up.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with Etimad or government procurement platforms is preferred.
  • Strong practical experience using AI tools is highly preferred.
